Welcome to 108 Wing Chun an online training platform for martial arts specifically Wing Chun Kung Fu.
We aim to provide you with the very best in instructional videos and training to enable you to progress from fundamentals to advanced levels of certification and understanding.
108 will teach you the foundations of Wing Chun from the first form through to advanced weaponry and applications.
The courses are designed to build progressively and to enable a novice or indeed an experienced practitioner to develop fundamental skills, intermediate ability and ultimately advanced techniques.
Each phase is modular and can be learnt or practised in isolation or as a component of the larger curriculum and ultimately to encompass the entire system.

Paul Finn's Martial Arts Experience
Sifu Paul Finn has trained in Wing Chun for over three decades and is certified by the best in the world of martial arts and is a leading authority and proponent of Wing Chun both Yip Man lineage and Gulau Wing Chun.
Sifu Paul is only 1 of 2 certified black belt Wing Chun Sifu in Europe authorised to teach by Sifu Francis Fong (FFIA) .
Sifu Paul is certified to Master Level by Sifu Joseph Lee in the Lee Shing lineage of Wing Chun.
Certified as a full Instructor by The Inosanto Academy of Martial Arts (Guro Dan Inosanto) and an Affiliate Instructor by FFIA Francis Fong Instructor Association - Sifu Paul has qualifications in wing chun, JKD Jeet Kune do (jun fan) Pencak Silat , Kali and many other martial arts.
Sifu Paul teaches traditional and functional martial arts for the modern era.
Authentic Wing Chun through direct lineage with Grand Master Yip Man.
Lee Shing and Jiu Wan were both close door students of Yip Man and Sifu Paul is a 2nd generation student through both Sifu Francis Fong and Sifu Joseph Lee.
Sifu Paul’s knowledge and International certification is of the highest level and enables him to teach authentic and traditional martial arts direct from the source and functional for today’s society.

I started out years ago at a National Wing Chun Assocation, leaving when they merged, at the time I thought this was the best Wing Chun. Then years later I found Paul Finn and 108, his Wing Chun is Sifu Joseph Lee (Lee Shing linage) and Francis Fong, I have learnt more in a few months than I did in the 2 years at the other organisation . 108 is so much more technical, being the true Chinese Wing Chun, many techniques I had never learned before, if I could train every day I would!
If you are looking to train Wing Chun, this is the school for you, the fees are very reasonable too.
